Inspired by the need for more education outlets for Clients in Dallas County, Inspiring You To Greatness, Inc. 501(c)3 Non-Profit Corporation partnered with local business owners to offer basic financial literacy components needed for daily living creating self-sufficiency and life balance.
Inspiring You To Greatness, Inc. hosts several financial literacy and college education workshops throughout the year.
In the Spring, Inspiring You To Greatness, Inc. hosts free college registration workshops for high school students to learn how to apply for college, dual credit options, and community college con-current registrations.
In the Fall, Inspiring You To Greatness, Inc. hosts financial literacy classes in the areas of credit, budget, housing (rentals) and mortgage assessments. (Please see diagram of Financial Services Guide). In the interests of Financial Literacy, Inspiring You To Greatness, Inc. has partnered with local Realtors and Banks to present Credit and Mortgage Financial Literacy.

For new Clients included in the introductory assessments are as follow:
Credit Assessment: Credit assessment consists of a free credit evaluation to determine what credit services are needed for each Client. Upon the initial credit review, the Credit Coach will educate the Client as to what needs to be done to improve the overall credit report. The Credit Coach will educate Client in the specific details of our credit optimization plan which is designed to assist the Client by teaching them how to increase their credit scores themselves by 75-160 points within ninety to one hundred and twenty days (90-120 days). This process is not credit repair and there is no charge for the Client should they qualify. (Scholarships are available.)
Budget Assessment: Budget assessment consists of assisting the Client in establishing and maintaining a monthly budget for daily and monthly expenses. Learning how to keep expenses low and utilizing increase in funds to pay off old debts, establish a savings account and savings plan first for rainy day money, then for an emergency fund. The goal is to save $500 in one calendar year.
Banking Assessment: Banking assessment consists of assisting the Client in opening up a bank account to pay bills online, have a place to save money, and a way to establish a banking relationship with a local bank for future business. The will also aid in the credit optimization process for reestablishing accounts for credit as well.
Housing Assessment: Housing Assessment consists of assisting the Client with current or future housing needs including helping them locate a more affordable place based on the income that the Client has, and as that increases finding better places with better amenities and better schools if applicable for children if involved.
Credit Optimization Services Assessment: Consists of walking each Client through their credit report line by line providing a detailed recommendation list of accounts requiring attention, what a credit account requires, what needs to be done to improve credit scores, how to remove each negative item that is incorrect, settling the items that are correct, and reestablishing new accounts as needed for the credit optimization plan. This service has a fee assessed and scholarships are available if the Clients qualify.
